Brisk activity followed inception and large parcels of land were developed as residential plots by SV Constructions & Developers in a singular effort from 2013 to 2019. Having grown in strength, they bought over two other real estate firms. Balaji Constructions and Balaji Infra in 2018. Accelerating efforts with new plans and renewed vigour, under the aegis of Balaji Constructions, the prestigious luxury villa project Balaji Elegancia was brought to fruition The success streak was carried into the following years when more than 60 acres of land was developed into residential plots. In 2020, the chief promoters of SV Constructions merged both the firms into the SVB Group as we know today.
